Aurora

Comes in a 750 ml champagne bottle. Pale yellow, with an aroma of overripe, fermenting pear, and an edge of sawdust. Buttery, ripe pear, with a little almond, and a developing dryness and light tannin in the aftertaste. A little funk and skin in the finish. Very nice and drinkable, and not over-gassed. A really good dessert perry, though I would have liked a little more depth in the aftertaste.
