Comes in a 750 ml champagne bottle, with heavy, lumpy sediment. Pale greenish-yellow, with an aroma of biscuit and toast. Sweet, slightly buttery, fruit flavour, with grapefruit and gooseberry tones, and underlying biscuit, which intensifies in the aftertaste and finish. Well-balanced dessert perry, which would go really well with patisserie.
