Comes in a 200 ml draw-cork bottle, with light sediment.
Cloudy ruby-bronze, with an intense, earthy aroma, carrying wood and wet leaves, and strong sherry tones.
Strong pomace flavour, with sweet sherry tones, and ripe berries adding a little tartness.
Another deeply complex ice cider from Saragnat. For me, not quite as good as the 2012, but still a lovely digestif or fireside nightcap.
