Light red, with an aroma of barley and sweet funk, with a hint of strawberry. Tangy apple, with soft tannins and light funk, and a strawberry jam finish. This is a lightly tannic, medium cider, sweetened with a hint of strawberry. Quite liked this, though it would have been fine without the strawberry, too.
