The pour is a clear Merlot red with medium effervescence. The aroma is tart and slightly fruity. The taste is a dry tart berry. The mouthfeel is medium , mostly from the carbonation. The finish is a medium slightly astringent and acidic cider which finishes on a black berry note. Very nice balanced cider.
