Clean, light. Nice rosé colour. Plenty of malic, sharper than expected. Raspberry & strawberry aftertaste. Slight strawberry, apple & winey aroma.

Interesting orange red colour, clear with moderate fizz. The colour apparently comes from the skin of one of the varieties of apple used which are Red Devil, Katy and Yarlington Mill. Fruity aroma with strawberries. Flavour is crisp and fresh with flavours of berries.
