This is excellent. A tad on the sweeter side than the no.5 ‘dry’ but this medium dry hits the spot. Can definite taste the dabinett. Sharp, citrus tangy taste, light fizz, lingers too. Refreshing and only 5.8% which is good for a craft cider as they tend to be stronger. Could easily sip this with a decent cheddar ploughman’s or steak meal. Pale, light golden colour. Smells great in the glass - some lovely earthy, honey notes - and the taste is medium to full bodied with an intriguing complex taste in the palate. 5 stars from me on this one. Not sure if I could session on this one though, but it’s nice as your starter for 10!

Golden in colour with a pungent ripe aroma and a light carbonation. A traditional medium dry small batch cider with a full-bodied astringent flavour of aged apple skins followed by a distinctive funky aftertaste. Quite pleasent and looking forward to trying others from this range.

Golden colour with light apple aroma. Tastes stronger than the smell. This is good. Really nice.

Small batch, slow-fermented, from a blend of Yarlington Mill, Harry Masters, Dabinett, and Brown's apples. Rich, golden colour, with a light, apple-skin aroma. The initial flavour is rich toffee apple, but the aftertaste brings dryness and some wood, but with negligible tannin. This is really well-blended, and sublimely balanced; the characters of the apples are all present, but none dominates. Top class, and highly recommended.
