Small batch, slow-fermented, from a blend of Yarlington Mill, Harry Masters, Dabinett, and Brown's apples.
Rich, golden colour, with a light, apple-skin aroma. The initial flavour is rich toffee apple, but the aftertaste brings dryness and some wood, but with negligible tannin.
This is really well-blended, and sublimely balanced; the characters of the apples are all present, but none dominates. Top class, and highly recommended.
