Bottle Conditioned Medium Dry

Comes in a 750ml champagne style bottle. Dark golden in colour. Very little nose, light natural carbonation. Appears quite light in body to start but as you progress down the glass you get subtle cider flavours. Shame I only have one bottle.

Comes in a 750ml champagne bottle. Amber colour, with an aroma of leather and light wood. Sharp fruit flavour, with tobacco and herbal tones, and light resin in the finish. Quite drinkable, and pleasant enough, but I was expecting more depth. The relatively neutral flavours make this suitable to accompany many foods, though stronger flavours would drown it out.
