Deep amber, very cloudy with light fizz. Aroma of apple and toffee. Apple and toffee taste with some orange peel and leather behind it. Fresh and drinkable.

Cloudy orange, with a strong toffee apple aroma. Sharp fruit flavour, with toffee and cinnamon tones, and a drying finish. Nicely-balanced, with interesting character. A worthy accompaniment to the torta di mele I made with windfall apples from my garden.
