Bracing acid, loads of tiny bubbles give it almost a spiciness on the tongue.

definitely one of the driest ciders I've tried lately. very light in taste, definitely reminds me of fresh apples, but in a pleasant not-too-fruity kinda way.

Super dry and light. A bit of a bitter pinch to it. Really like it, but not super flavorful.

Made with Jonagold apples rather than true cider apples. It’s got a bit of funk, but more in the nose than the taste. The label claims “exceptionally dry,” which overstates a bit; it’s dry, though I’ve had drier. It’s also much lighter bodied than I was expecting. Overall not my favorite style, but would drink again.
