The pour is a slightly hazy yellow with medium carbonation. The aroma is a slightly sour apple with some phenolic notes. The taste is a slightly tart semi-dry apple with notes of bitterness. The mouthfeel the medium to light bodied with some astringency. The finish is a lightly acid and apple with mild phenolics. Its is good.
