Pale pour, and fairly light bodied. The cardamom really dominates the aroma and taste, lasting all the way from the initial smell and the first taste, and lasting through, leaving a spicy aftertaste. The pear contributes a bit to the bitterness, but is otherwise overpowered. Nice on a cold winter day, in the same vein as a mulled cider.
