Interesting cider. Nice amount of tartness and bitterness (not too much), but without a lot of astringency. Overall I quite like the balance. Would drink again.

I found this to be an odd tasting cider. Not fruity, pretty dry and sour. Almost like a dry champagne. I'm not a fan :-(

Nice cider for the occasional drink but it could have more body. It is very balanced and sweet so it would be nice to have a pint.

This is from a relatively new cidery from Puyallup WA (South of Seattle). I like the flavor on this cider...it has a rather full and slightly rich flavor without being too sweet (between semi-dry & semi-sweet). A hint of nice tannins but very approachable. Reasonably priced too (I paid $7.50 for 22oz). It reminds me of some ciders from Brittany France, like Celt (which i had last night), except less carbonation, and of Cascadia canned cider from Portland Oregon. This would be a great cider to do a multipack of...I haven't been a big fan of too many multipack craft ciders as they tend to be very mildly flavored.
