Castledore

Sweet, light, clean with a really fruity aroma. A complex, almost smoky flavour that I’m actually really enjoying. Reckon it would be perfect for a summer evening barbecue or campfire.

Appley dry cider. Quite a bit of fizz but full of flavour & very refreshing.

Gold, clear with a fair bit of fizz. Strong aroma of sharp apples and maybe marzipan. Sharp and acidic with an aftertaste I can’t quite place and can’t get on with.

Pale golden, with a sharp aroma that has tones of spice. Tart and acidic, with a candy apple aftertaste. This is a light, refreshing cider, and is named for Castle Dore, an iron age fort, which stands close to the Fowey Valley orchards.

Pleasant cider with good flavour.
