Comes in a 750ml champagne bottle.
Golden colour, with an aroma combining aged oak, straw, and seaweed.
Crisp, dry, moderately fruity, with oak dominating thè aftertaste, before a touch of apricot in the finish.
The gassiness and the dryness made this challenging for me, but, nonetheless, the nose and the flavour profile were interesting.
