Found at Whole Foods. Made from Breton apples. I find it very refreshing, with hints of caramel, honey, and vanilla. It has an effervescent mouth feel. It doesn’t however have much complexity and finishes quickly (sweeter start and drier finish). Very easy to drink at under 5% and refreshing. Tastes similar to other French ciders I've had. Tasty. Not sure how similar this is to their "Brut" variety.

This is not a typical French Cidre from my experience. I really love the full funky flavor of French ciders and not getting it with this cider.

My French friend said this French cider would go well with crepes. It's unusual and very not-American. Personally, I don't like it, but only out of preference. Nothing's wrong, per se, it's just not my cup of cider.
