Brut Intense

Delicious. It's got a full body, fruity slightly sweet flavour. It's got the tiniest hint of a dry funkyness to the finish. It's a very simple cider. No caramel or woody undertones. It's has reminded me that sometimes the basic cider can hold it's own.
