A potent blend of dry cider and chai tea from Harney & Sons, a well-known purveyor of fine teas in the Hudson Valley, NY. Strong spice notes, especially clove and cardamom.
The pour is a hazy pale yellow with high carbonation. The aromas is vanilla and chai. The taste is dry tart apple. The mouthfeel is light with little astringency and reminds me of water - like Perrier. The finish is medium acidic with a light note of spice. The aroma is more forward than the taste. I think I was looking for slightly sweeter with spices and more tannins and mouthfeel.
