Pretty good cider. Not something I can see myself drinking a lot of, but I'm not the biggest fan of the taste of Belgium ale yeast. Is dry, which I enjoy. Not sweetness at all. Not too tart. Refreshing.
The pour is a slightly hazy yellow with medium effervescence. The aroma is crisp apple with a little yeast. The taste is dry and tart with apple and a lot of carbonation. The finish is tart with some astringency and a little phenolic notes. The body is light without a lot of mouth feel. You’ll love it if you like dry tart forward ciders. I prefer a little more balance but my wife loves this.
Clear pale gold pour. Heavy carbonation. Moderate apple and yeast aroma. Taste has lots of tart green apple and melon flavor, nice moderate acidity, some tannins that reveal a slight tea flavor and just a hint of wild funk.
