Burnt orange colour, slight haziness and still. Made from the named apples in the title at a ratio of 45%, 45% & 10%. Aged in a red wine barrel. Aroma of citrus and hay. Flavour has straw and earth. Bone dry and tannic. Reviewed on 27 Nov 2020
