Chocolate Cherry

Seasonal apple cider blended with tart cherries and Dick Taylor chocolate. With a Tempranillo red coloring (reminiscent of the color of communion wine, which we would sneakily abscond with and "brashly" consume as less than pious alter boys), having an initial tart sensation, followed by a dark chocolate flavor, then a lingering tartness. While not my Friday night go-to cider, it is definitely in my line-up to share with others and as an example of how not all ciders taste of apples.
