Passion of the Fruit

Per the label, “A tart and tropical apple cider fermented with passion fruit.” With a light straw color, a scent of sweet and sour fermented ripe peaches follows, and with the first sip, an effervescent sensation that fills one’s mouth with tones of a light sweet fermentation, followed by a slight passion fruit astringency. A perfect cider with spicy chips.

One of my favorite ciders from a local cider company. A passion fruit cider that is not overly sweet at all, but still flavorful.
