The pour is a a slightly hazy light amber. The aroma is apple and phenolic (earthy). The taste is a semi-sweet apple. The finish is tannin-forward. It has earthy and leather aroma. It has medium mouthfeel from the sugar, the carbonation, and the tannins. I really enjoy it, especially since it’s organic!
