2015 vintage. Light amber color. Wonderful beads of carbonation. The nose has delicate musty apple and slight barnyard notes. Up front is a wave of carbonation followed by a round body of bruised apple and mild caramel sweetness. Finishes with wonderful soft tannins that linger on the palate. A great example of proper Norman cidre, and a consistent go-to.
