The pour is a slightly hazy gold with extremely high effervescence (don’t be fooled by the cap). The aroma is a slight sour apple. The taste is a dry tart apple. The mouthfeel is light to medium and mostly from the carbonation. The finish is medium acidic and slightly astringent. It’s one of my wife’s favorites but she is a tart and high effervescence cider lover.
