Fusion

The pour is a mostly clear gold with high carbonation. The aroma is crisp, fruity, fruity and slightly phenolic. The taste is a dry, sour, and tart. The mouthfeel is light to medium and the finish is long acidic and vinegary.

My first Meinklang Cider! This cider mixed with Gruner Vetliner is a home run. Much less winey and much more funk than expected. Strong notes of citrus and zest. Tart on the front and finishes with a light astringency. Super refreshing!
