Cidre Artisanal Le Brun Demi-sec

Comes in a 375 ml champagne bottle, with significant sediment. The aroma is pungent, with strong farmyard and straw tones. The flavour also has significant funk and meadow tones, with perhaps a little plum, and a woody aftertaste. Very gassy, which is not my thing, but has a complex and enjoyable flavour and plenty of character.
