Comes in a 375 ml champagne bottle. Copper-coloured, with a slightly musty, heather aroma, carrying an edge of old lavender, and a little resin, suggestive of myrrh. Spicy, intense flavour, with a little citrus peel, and a chai aftertaste. A most unexpected French cidre, with an almost unique character, and complexity to spare; every sip brings nuance. This really grew on me!
