Comes in a 750 ml champagne bottle.
It has a rich, copper tone, and pours with a rapidly-dispersing head. A slightly sour, apple aroma, heavy with oak.
The flavour is somewhat spicy, which complements the strong oak finish, and develops a moderately tannic aftertaste. More complex than other French ciders I have tried, and this has been aged superbly, giving a well-rounded, and rewarding cider.
Definitely recommend trying this one!
