Pale yellow, with an aroma of poached pear, almond, and a hint of sweet funk.
Overripe pear and sour gooseberry flavours combine, with a hint of wood in the finish.
Unusual flavours give this interest, but are not wholly successful in bringing a coherent flavour profile. Drinkable, but not a patch on their cider.
