Guesdon P%C3%83%C2%A8re et Fils Cidre Fermier Brut (4.5% ABV, 750ml). %0d%0aBright, slightly hazy amber colour. Head is gone before you can say "Guesdon". Aroma is farmhouse funk, mouldy apples, yeast, leather. Light to medium body, moderate carbonation. On the palate, again, the barnyard funk is there immediately, slightly sourish and musty apples, but with a distant sweetness in the background, yeast and some vinegar. The funk and some of the vinegar linger into the finish, while the aftertaste is mostly yeast, apple skins, and faint lemon. Very good farmhouse-style cider indeed. 8/10
