At 19% with a high sugar content, this fortified cider serves well with any meal (read dessert) you would pair with an ice cider. This cider does well in maintaining a nice rich apple flavor while mitigating any acidity or biterness from a decently high alcohol content. To be enjoyed in smaller quantities with a nice vanilla ice cream.
