Copper-coloured, with an aroma of oak, with tones of spice and apple skin.
Tangy apple with light tones of vanilla and caramel, developing soft tannins and mellow oak in the aftertaste, with a little cinnamon in the finish.
Nice complexity, with pleasant flavour features, make this keeved cider a pleasant accompaniment to subtle desserts; I had this with a vanilla and almond creme.
