750ml wired cork bottle from Beer Zoo. Opened with a loud pop. Sparkling, orangey golden colour, short-lived white foam head and aroma of apple, mucky barnyard funk, dank hop. Taste is sweetish, fleshy apple, leathery woody funk, orchardy, bittersweet with some citric resiny hop notes. Medium bodied, spritzy carbonation, drying tart finish. Nicely drinkable hopped cider.

Comes in a 750ml champagne bottle. Orange in colour, with an aroma of hops, old wood, and savoury herbs. The hops give this a pilsner-like quality and mouth feel, with the fruit coming through in the aftertaste. Less floral than most hopped ciders, and more beer-like. This is refreshing and quite sessionable, though somewhat on the gassy side.
