Cloudgazer

Dark ruby coloured, slightly sparkling and very cloudy. Wild fermented. Ripe apple flavour and a little rum. Fleshy & juicey apple flavour with a touch of malt.

Light golden slightly hazy cider. Fruity aroma with hints of funk. Fruity initial taste, which gets progressively sweeter. Not a particularly complex, cider would be nice on a sunny day. Although not sickly sweet like some modern cider it is a sweeter cider.
