Golden colour, completely clear with light fizz. Sharp & fresh apple aroma. Quite smooth and mellow with nice mouthfeel. Some tannins in the aftertaste.

Lovely golden colour, and a fruity aroma with hints of spice. Mellow, fruity apple flavour, with cinnamon tones, leading to a warm, tannic aftertaste. A wee cracker! Silky, soft, easy-drinking cider, with bags of character and complexity. Difficult to believe this is only the second year of production at Iford. Highly recommended!
