Update 18/03/24 This is now 7.5% (6.5% when I had last time). I wouldn’t call this iteration fresh and crisp but the reat if the character remains very similar. This one is deeper and has more body. Golden colour, moderate haziness and still. Rich and fresh apple peel aroma. An initial apple burst of flavour followed by some farmyard funk and an astringent finish. Fresh and crisp.
