Golden in colour, with an aroma of straw, oak, and a light funk. Crisp, sharp, fruit flavour, with strong tannins and wood tones in the aftertaste, and with barnyard funk and straw in the finish. Tangy and complex; sessionable, if you enjoy the tannic, oaky style of cider.
