Crisp Apple

Not to sweet and tastes fairly fermented in a nice way.

Comes in a 330 ml bottle. Pale green-yellow in colour, with an aroma of green apples and fresh-cut grass. The flavour is of under-ripe, green apples, with a definite, though not strong, aniseed aftertaste. Unusual, and my first genuine New Zealand cider. It seems a little raw, and unfinished, to my palate, but still an enjoyable drink.
