Pale, lime-green, with a sharp, floral aroma, carrying a hint of green apple.
Perfumed, apple flavour, with a little skin, becoming slightly drier in the aftertaste, and with a sappy finish.
Refreshing, clean cider. A little monotonal, but a nicely-produced, summer cider.
