Comes in a 330 ml bottle. Made from a blend of Cox, Bramley, and Russet apples.
Very pale yellow, with a sharp, leather and apple skin aroma.
Crisp, fruity flavour, with some skin, developing a sour, grassy aftertaste and a white wine mouth feel. Sappy finish.
Drinkable, and will certainly appeal to wine drinkers.
