French cider with chestnuts. Super unique and complex, more tannic than any French cider I can remember trying, and rather dry for a demi-sec (semi-sweet to semi-dry). Notes of bittersweet cider apple & pomace, yeast, nuts, orange, leather, and earth. Long tannic nutty finish.
