The pour is a clear dark amber with low carbonation. The aromas is toasted nuts. The taste is a low acid with a nutty flavor. The mouthfeel is medium with soft tannins. The finish is medium to long astringent and roasted nuts. The roasted buckwheat used to make this cider dominates but in a good way.
