D.J. Dry

It’s very dry, and has a pretty good mouth feel. But that’s about it. Not really any flavor, tartness, bitterness, tannins, or much else. It’s kind of disappointing, to be honest. The cider is made from 40% golden delicious, 40% red delicious, and 20% porter’s perfection. With that amount of “delicious” apples fermented to 7%, this is about the best you can probably do, as they just don’t have much to offer once the sugar is used up.
