Copper coloured, still and slightly hazy. Single variety cider. Wood in the aroma. Rich with flavour of leather and a touch of funk. Nicely tannic.

Comes in a 330 ml bottle. Cloudy amber, with an aroma of leather and oak. Sharp fruit flavour, with a light fermentation sparkle. Moderately tannic with oak tones in the aftertaste. Nicely made, giving full effect to the Dabinett variety, I enjoyed this with a long-aged Lancashire cheese from Goosnargh. Obtained direct from Coleman's Cider.
