Orange amber coloured, pretty heavy turbidity and still. Apple sauce aroma. Apple peel and cinnamon in the flavour.

Comes in a 330 ml bottle. Single varietal from Michelin cider apples. Brown in colour, with an aroma reminiscent of overcooked apple sauce. Thin, sharp fruit flavour, with an edge of sour skin. Little aftertaste or finish. Drinkable, and not unpleasant, but it lacks depth or complexity, and feels under-matured. However, it does grow on you a little, due to its unusual character. Actually went quite well with some almonds. Obtained direct from Coleman's Cider Co.
