Amber coloured, pretty hazy and still. Leather and farmyard aroma. Funky flavour with oak. Smooth with a tannic finish.

Hazy, amber-coloured, with moderate sediment, and an aroma of leather and oak. Tangy apple flavour, with moderate tannin and oak in the aftertaste, and quite a woody finish. Nicely complex, with good depth, and robust character. Easy to drink.
