Golden

Golden colour, still and moderately hazy. Oak aroma. Honey at the start and oak at the finish. Smooth and tannic.

Copper colour, with an oaked aroma and a honeyed edge. Significant sediment in the bottle. Smooth, crisp fruit flavour, with soft tannins and light bitterness from the oak coming through in the aftertaste. Refined and nicely-aged, making this a very drinkable cider.
