Dark yellow colour, moderate fizz and haziness. Single variety cider. Light candied apple aroma. Flavour has pear drops. Update 21/06/26 Now almost ruby coloured. Eartiness in the aroma and similar flavour profile but with berries. If I’d have had this vintage first I probably would have scored it four.
