Golden yellow colour, moderate fizz and cloudiness. Named after a mythical local ram. Apple peel aroma. Pomace flavour with straw, wood and dried fruit.

As the first frosts nipped the air, the ram would gather his flock and lead them to the lower grounds around Sepetone, where they would feast on the apples left on the ground by artisan cider makers.
